Maram Anoubani is an artist based in Amman, Jordan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from Lewis University at Chicago, US. Maram creates art with the intention of making viewers lose themselves in their imagination. Her art is a mix of middle eastern heritage and western influence. Maram makes the intentional decision to omit the faces of her subjects so people do not create judgments from the facial expression but rather focus on the actual story behind the drawing.
